Function: The PTI system consist of the QuantaMaster™ steady state spectrofluorometer, LaserStrobe™ for lifetime and time-resolved spectra collection and Integrating Sphere designed for enhanced measurement of quantum yields of solids, films, and powders.The QuantaMaster™ spectrofluorometer is PTI’s flagship steady state (intensity based) research fluorometer, and is designed for the user who needs the best sensitivity, performance and versatility available. Selected applications: Fluorescence Emission/Excitation scans, Relative and Absolute Quantum Yield, Thin Film and Powder sample measurements, Fluorescence Anisotropy, Kinetic measurements.
