Olympus FV1Fluorescent lifetime imaging microscope
Model: Olympus FV1000 + Picoquant
Function: this is a time-resolved fluorescent imaging system for recording fluorescent lifetime simultaneously with the intensity. The instrument can perform the FLIM-FRET imaging, single molecule spectroscopy, such as FCS.
Features: lifetime as small as 0.2 ns can be recorded.
