CoreLogic Loan-Level Market Analytics (LLMA)
Dataset Format: Data are made available to researchers through a shared Slate Project directory and are provided as compressed and uncompressed fixed and delimited text files. Data are de-identified.
Description: Mortgage origination and performance data which has been contributed by servicers and spans the life of each residential loan. It includes data on loan origination, loan performance, and inferred and contributed loan modification data. Data from 1990s.
Features: Users must complete an end user license agreement at https://go.iu.edu/corelogic to get started. Bloomington campus only.
