AllofUs
Description: A site through which researchers can use the database AllofUs (https://allofus.nih.gov/) The All of Us Research Program is an ambitious effort to gather health data from one million or more people living in the United States to accelerate research that may improve health.
Dataset Format: The user can register at NIH for access to the database on the NIH platform (no downloads allowed, all computing happens there)
Features: Its is a collection of data from close to 1 million individuals--electronic health records, surveys, biosamples, genomics, physical measurements, and digital health (apps etc)
